Refer a friend
1. All referrers must be fully registered with Darwin
2. All referee's must have a minimum of a 3 month term contract
3. There is no limit to the number of people that can be referred
4. These benefits cannot be transferred to additional services or cash
5. The referrer will be issued with the benefits once the referee has submitted their first invoice
6. If the referee fails to submit an invoice the referrer will not receive benefits
7. The additional £1000 incentive bonus will be paid once all 4 referrals have billed their first invoice
8. The £300 Oil and Gas bonus will be paid once the referee has completed 6 monthly timesheets or 24 weekly timesheets
9. Oil and Gas incentive closes on Friday 20th April 2012
Prize Draw
1. All referrals entered after the stated dated will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
2. We will select the winner at random and notify them either by email, mail or telephone within a reasonable time after the Draw Date. The prize is deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted if the winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period. A supplementary winner may be drawn.
3. If the winner is unable to take up the specified prize Darwin will not be responsible.
4. Lost acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize(s) will not be Darwin responsibility.
5. Without notice Darwin reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions. Continuation in taking part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such amended or new terms.
6. If the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control Darwin reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value. None of the prizes are transferable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Darwin will not be liable for any change of date or venue or cancellation of any event. Events may occasionally be cancelled for reasons outside Darwin control.
Joining Incentives
1. Applicants must have completed all documentation with Darwin to receive the joining incentive
2. Applicants can only receive the joining incentive once
3. These benefits cannot be transferred to additional services
4. The Applicant will be issued with the joining incentive once they have billed for 3 months or 12 weeks.
5. If the Applicant fails to submit an invoice they will not receive joining incentive
